Data for: "Determination of zooplankton absorption spectra and their potential contribution to ocean colour "

This dataset contains the newly generated data that underpins the publication 'Determination of zooplankton absorption spectra and their contribution to ocean colour.' This includes a spectral absorption library for 6 groups of zooplankton measured using a Point Source Intergrating Cavity Absorption Meter (zooplankton_abs), as well as their simulated influence on spectral remote sensing reflectance (simulated_Rrs) modelled using the radiative transfer model Ecolight (V.5.2). The nomenculture associated with each dataset is outlined on the first page of each spreadsheet.
