This data relates to the conference proceeding paper submitted and presented at IEEE Photonics Conference (IPC) 2024
A novel design and synthesis method for upconverting nanoparticle NaYF4:Yb3+, Tm3+ microlasers is demonstrated by using a temperature-controlled self-assembly oil-in-water emulsion technique. The supraparticle acts as both the gain medium and the optical cavity, and has great potential for diverse biomedical applications
