Data for: “Customer sexual harassment of frontline workers in Scottish hospitality: the role of line managers in addressing the problem”

The dataset contains a participant interview schedule, transcriptions from participant interviews (Microsoft Word documents). Analysis of transcriptions was conducted using thematic analysis, the dataset contains data coding and coding themes (Microsoft Excel documents). No specialist software was used to collect data.
