This dataset contains meshed geometries of the averaged pulmonary bifurcation from healthy (n=5) and repaired Tetralogy of Fallot (rTOF) patients (n=5), as presented in the paper entitled "Computational Analysis of Blood Flow in Healthy Pulmonary Arteries in Comparison to Repaired Tetralogy of Fallot Results: A Small Cohort Study" and published in Fluids journal (https://doi.org/10.3390/fluids9040085). The averaged geometries are provided in .stl format, which was created for computational fluid dynamic simulations. Both geometries are meshed (all details can be found in the published paper). The .stl files are stereolithography files and can be read by most computer aided design (CAD) software, e.g. SolidWorks, GiD, ANSA, Autodesk, ANSYS etc.
