Data for: "Automated Alignment in Mask-Free Photolithography Enabled by Micro-LED Arrays"

Dataset

Description

This data is a series of images that have been taken via a CCD camera in the process of automated alignment. There are four folders in this data, each containing a series of .jpg images, taken to work out the alignment position of the red bead in the image. Masks are applied to the original images, leading to two sets of images at the same position - masked and unmasked. The last folder shows the full led array used for alignment, with every pixel turned on.
