Dataset

Description

This dataset is for the investigation of wear of diamond grinding wheel and surface integrity in laser-assisted grinding of RB-SiC ceramics under high temperatures. The data are in Excel format. The name and units of the data is explained in the Excel file titles. The data correspond to the Figure 4, 5, 7, 8, 10 and 11 in the paper. The EDS is measured by SEM and the surface profile is measured by ZYGO interferometer.
