Data for: "Adapting the 3D-printed Openflexure microscope enables computational super-resolution imaging"

Description

Supporting dataset for submission of paper to f1000 research. Contains the unprocessed data for each of the figures in the paper (in .avi files), the sub-figures uses in the paper along with a folder containing the .stl files that allow 3D-printing of the parts for the microscope described in the paper. All included files are able to be opened by readily available (typically open source) software.

The dataset contains four folders, three of which (Figure NV, Figure-Layout, Figure-Macrophages) are made available here under CC-BY 4.0 licence. Please note that data contained in the folder "Microscope STL Files" are made available under the CERN Open Hardware licence (See https://ohwr.org/cernohl for full terms and conditions).
