Data for: "A pipeline for quantifying cell damage in whole-slide fluorescence images of skeletal muscle"

This dataset contains raw image data as well as segmented image data for the manuscript entitled "A Pipeline for Quantifying Cell Damage in Whole-Slide Fluorescence Images of Skeletal Muscle". Data is provided in .TIF format.

Included in this dataset are images for the setup and validation of a newly developed fluorescence imaging and analysis workflow to quantify cellular damage in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded (FFPE) murine skeletal muscle tissue. Further information regarding processing and other relevant procedures can be found in the publication.
