Description
The dataset contains measurement raw data files from the photoacoustic microscopy system, recorded using a fibre optic hydrophone, as well as raw measurement data files from MEMS characterisation measurements and reconstructed photoacoustic images.
The image data files are in .tif format and raw measurement data of the fibre optic hydrophones are saved as B-scans in .csv format (with 1050 time data points each and varying line numbers based on image scan conditions).
