Data for: "3D-printing optical components for microscopy using a desktop 3D-printer"

Dataset

Description

The dataset contains data files for 3D-printed flat test blocks as well as 3D-printed lenses, compared to commercial optical parts.

The test block data consist of:
- Power transmission measurments using 3 laser wavelengths for comparison (445nm, 520nm and 638nm) with varying thickness of 3D-printed test blocks
- Surface profiles taken with a Veecon NT1100 surface profiler (raw data format in .opd, extracted surface lines in .csv format)

The lens data consts of:
- Surface porfiles taken with a Tencor AlphaStep stylus surface profiler (raw data in .pdf export, extracted surface line data in .txt format)
