Description
Dataset for "100 Mb/s free-space deep-ultraviolet communications over 5 m using a light-emitting diode and single-photon-sensitive receiver" submission to The 45th European Conference on Optical Communication.
Data set includes the measured LED electroluminscence spectrum (fig2.), voltage, current and output power characteristics (fig3.), and modulation bandwidth versus current characteristic (fig4.). Communications eye diagrams are also provided as an image (fig6.). The equipment and procedures used to measure these data sets are described in the associated conference abstract.
