This file contains a zipped R project for parameterising the end to end ecosystem model strathE2Epolar for the northeast Greenland Shelf. R Scripts are loosely classified into families: bathymetry, nemo-medusa, flows, saltless, StrathE2E. Scripts are numbered in the order they should be run, script families are listed in the order they should be run.
