Cathodoluminescence hyperspectral images of InGaN/GaN core-shell nanorod structures

Dataset

Description

These data cubes represent the results of carrying out cathodoluminescence hyperspectral imaging on a set of InGaN/GaN core shell nanostructures, grown at the University of Bath using a range of growth temperatures and pressures. Details of the samples are given in Sample_details.txt, details of the measurements in Measurement_details.txt, and a description of the proprietary file format in File_formats.txt.
