Dataset comprises a word file containing images with descriptive captions.
We report on the use of Raman spectroscopy as a tool to characterise and analyse the amino acid composition of model 2D peptide functionalised surfaces. By taking advantage of Raman reporters the enzymatic hydrolysis of these peptides could be characterised.
