Description
Model implementation files for use with the StrathE2EPolar package in R. This implementation is for the northeast Greenland continental shelf for decadal time periods from the 2010s to the 2050s. The model was originally released in "Sea-ice Retreat from the Northeast Greenland Continental Shelf Triggers a Marine Trophic Cascade. Laverick et al. 2025, Global Change Biology".
The model object is supported by a technical implementation document, also available with the original publication in the Supporting information.
