Description
Voxel-wise adjacency matrices from human MRI scan data alonside the dominant eigenvectors of each matrix.
This dataset is derived from scan-rescan data produced by Landmann, B.A. et al. (2011) that is held in the BIRN deposit and distributed under the BIRN Repository Data License. The voxel-wise networks were generated by Roncal, W.G. et al. (2013). The eigenvectors were calculated and used alongside the adjacency matrices for a publication by Clark, R. et al. (2019).
