Description

This data was generated for the publication of a research article of the same title and investigates the quantitation of SERS data by adopting a platform of MS techniques. Raman spectral data was acquired using a Renishaw InVia microscope system controlled using Renishaw WiRE 4.4 software. Single particle-MS data was collected by an 8900 ICP-QQQ-MS instrument and processed by MassHunter 4.6 software. LA-MS data was collected by an ImageBio 266 nm laser ablation system equipped with a TwoVolume3 ablation cell coupled to an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer with a Time-of-Flight mass analyzer ICP-ToF-MS (2R) system. Spectral and imaging datasets are collated as Excel file format (.csv). Spectral images are provided in .tif file format with post-processing performed using ImageJ.
