A Conceptual Agent-based Model of Type 2 Diabetes Patients' Self-Management Behaviour and Treatment Outcomes

This document describes an agent-based model of type 2 diabetes patients' self-management behaviors and blood glucose control outcomes within the Ghanaian public health system. It is structured using the Overview, Design Concepts, and Details (ODD) protocol by Grimm et al. Additionally, the document includes the model’s face validation outcomes with clinical diabetes service providers.
