Projects per year
Description
This is a 2016 UK Social Accounting Matrix (SAM) for use in projects aiming to explore the rollout of electric vehicles (EVs) in the UK economy, including a specialised UK sector manufacturing them. In the current version the new EV manufacturing sector is assumed to be identical, in terms of its supply chain and production technology, to the existing UK sector manufacturing cars and other vehicles. In fact, it has been created by disaggregating the 'Manufacture of Motor Vehicles' sector. This SAM incorporates the latest input-output tables published by the Office for National Statistics.
