Description

This data represents the matrix of technical coefficients of the Spanish Input-Output Framework (symmetric IOFA-10), where renewable energies have been developed. Specifically, the energy sector is disaggregated at a detailed subsector level, including four energy accounts: coal, petroleum, gas, and non-renewable electricity, and five branches of renewable energy: wind, hydroelectric, solar, biomass, and biofuels. In the technical coefficients matrix, rows describe the production function of sectors, showing the share of inputs of the different sectors needed per unit of production in each sector. This matrix is a representation of the production structure for the whole production system in 2010, and represents the baseline for the calibration of the computable general equilibrium (CGE) model and the design of scenarios.
