Early Phase of Professional Learning: research evidence from current and recent initiatives Allan Blake (University of Strathclyde) will reflect on key findings from the ESRC/TLRP Early Professional Learning Project, which should inform proposed new partnership arrangements for the Induction Phase. Professor James Conroy (University of Glasgow) will present evidence from the evaluation of the Glasgow West (Clinical Schools) Initiative. Professor Yolande Muschamp (University of Dundee), Chair of the National Partnership Group, Sub-Group 1, will provide an update on the progress of the proposals for the Early Phase of Professional Learning.
