Anna Chrysopoulou (WEALL), Sarah Dodd, and Juliette Wilson of SBS formed the organizing committee for this workshop to launch a circular economy / craft brewing report focusing on the example of the Scottish sector. HCE's Professor of Practice, and WEALL Board Member, Sara Deas, chaired the event. Practitioners, development and policy leaders, and eco-experts contributed to a deep discussion and planned future collaborations.
