Description
STEP UP ran a conference in Riga in November 2014. The event comprised internal partner meetings with cities of Ghent, Gothenburg, Riga and Glasgow with an open workshop held for Learning Network of Cities (cities that have expressed an interest in Sustainable Energy Action Plans and are considering developing their own), with web stream links on 20/11/14.
Presentations were given by the STEP UP cities and other external speakers on topics related to energy planning and innovative projects, and how to finance actions in this area.
Study tours of retrofitting projects and district heating were run on 21/11/14.
