SHIELD (Safety Human Incident and Error Learning Database) is a database and taxonomy of HF data related to past incidents and accidents in the aviation and maritime domains. Investigators or safety experts can use it to analyse an event, or multiple events, to gain more information about what happened and why.SafeFlix is human factors video library initiated by the SAFEMOD project
