Lord Prior of Brampton has recently been appointed Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. In this role he has responsibility for the Industrial Strategy and emerging technology.This event was a small roundtable dinner, hosted by the president of the Royal Society in order to introduce Lord Prior to individuals working in areas of emerging technology to explore how the Industrial Strategy can best support this work.
