Meeting with Evan Williams from the consumer protection group in Ofgem. The objective of this meeting was to learn more on how Ofgem data (from the data portal) is used in academia, with the focus on data on residential energy prices, price caps and customer service. We discuss as well potential new research directions that could lead to further collaboration between institutions.
