The aim of the Marine Hydrodynamics SIG is to bring together leading academics to share current research activities and generate new collaborative research proposals focused around the unsteady fluid dynamics challenges associated with naval architecture, offshore structures and marine renewable energy. The SIG consists of representatives from 11 leading universities in the UK, and this consortium is led by Southampton University. This initiative is funded by the UK Fluids Network.
