This was one of two talks given at a seminar on 'The Notion of Sustainability: A Basis for Sustainable Tourism'. The seminar was organised as part of the research project 'The International Legal System for Sustainable Tourism Governance', which is led by Profs Laura Huici Sancho and Milagros Alvarez Verdugo (both based at the University of Barcelona).
