At the event, PhD Researchers Alba Smeriglio and Paweł Śliwowski presented the theoretical framework and empirical findings proceeding from fieldwork conducted in Italy and in Poland in the context of the EIB-funded research on administrative capacity-building in the Cohesion policy domain. At the event the speakers had the opportunity to present their contribution to key-policymakers in Brussels. The workshop outcome will be a ‘book of lessons learnt’ to contribute to the debate on the Cohesion Policy.
