In the Journal of Service Theory and Practice, a special issue titled “Shaping a Sustainable World through Customer and Actor Engagement”. The aim of the issue is exploring the impact of engagement beyond the customer/firm dyad to include a broad range of societal contexts including health care, social good and the environment. SI is co-edited by colleagues from University of Glasgow and University of Adelaide.
