The international conference on Maritime Safety and Human Factors was organised as part of EU project ‘SEAHORSE’ which focused on maritime safety through human factors. The conference covers all the elements of human factors including performance, wellbeing and comfort. Following on from similar scope HPAS’2010 conference, SEAHORSE conference provided an opportunity for human factors experts to get together and share the recent developments in the field including sharing best practices between different transport modes.
