On Friday 22nd March we held the first workshop exploring Innovation strategies for system-level transformation. This first workshop focused on key things to consider when progressing policy design, and how to engage and mobilise the right stakeholders.
Participants from across Scotland were involved, including enterprise agencies, innovation centres, the Scottish Funding Council, economic development consultancies, local authorities and researchers from a diverse range of disciplines.

Aside from assisting with the workshop organisation, the intervention referred to here was a case-study of the NICE network, as an example of stakeholder mobilisation for the net zero transition.
