Description
For the project ‘Espacios Increíbles’, based on the TV show ‘Amazing Spaces’, our young people will be designing ‘un espacio increíble’ in either Bolivia or Chile with whom the department of architecture at the University of Strathclyde run exchange programmes for undergrads. Through this project learners will be researching and finding out about both countries using the internet, looking at photos taken by students at the University of Strathclyde whilst on their exchanges abroad and reading and listening activities which have been developed specifically for this project. When they have completed their research they will design their ‘espacio increíble’ in either Bolivia or Chile and present their final design to their class in Spanish. A winning team from each of the 5 schools will attend a final at the university and present their project to an audience of their peers and a panel of judges.| Period | 24 Apr 2019 |
