This free event brought together cultural heritage professionals and staff and students from Computer and Information Sciences at the University of Strathclyde in an insightful exchange of research, information, ideas and knowledge.
Staff and students shared innovative research taking place in digital cultural heritage and explored how their range of insights and expertise could be leveraged, leading to developments in this sector in the future.
Topics covered included:
information behaviour; AI applications for visitor engagement; decarbonisation and heritage; and heritage and wellbeing.
Through an interactive workshop, attendees also identified current pressing interests across the cultural heritage sector.
In a networking session, we aimed to cultivate a new network around digital cultural heritage and enable the creation of productive and insightful connections across staff, students, and cultural heritage partners.
