The event will be co-moderated by Fabricio Guariglia, The Hague Office Director at IDLO, and Andrew Bwire Buluma, Criminal Justice Advisor at IDLO.
Best practices and recommendations for reducing pre-trial detention for this constituency generated during the consultation will be reflected in an issue brief on a people-centred justice approach to reducing pre-trial detention expected to be published by the end of the year.
