Description
Paper presented to Clydesdale Bank master class session. The overall objective of the master classes is to help attendees develop their thinking and leadership skills to a higher level. To help achieve this, the Clydesdale Bank invite speakers from diverse sectors including business, academia, military, sports, arts etc to each deliver a masterclass in different aspects of leadership thinking and management. The sessions are offered to a preselected group of high performing leaders and are held in one of the Glasgow offices. The paper I presented to this group related to my own career development and my ongoing work within the Scottish Oral History Centre.Period | 8 Feb 2012 |
