The CIEHF are developing a theory of change model/framework as part of their strategic plans for the discipline. As project manager, I have been responsible for running a series of in person and virtual workshops to facilitate the development of the framework. This has involved engaging with key stakeholders including human factors specialists and clinicians working in healthcare.
