Presentation at an Improvement Science Meeting within the University of Strathclyde. The Cancer Medicines Outcomes Programme (CMOP) is a 3-year collaborative programme between the NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde (NHS GG&C) Health Board and the University of Strathclyde funded by the Scottish Government. The programme aims to deliver a comprehensive evaluation of the clinical effectiveness of cancer medicines in the real world by testing feasibility of collecting and analysing quality of life data from clinical practice to inform a potential enhanced data strategy for collection and analysis of PROMs. My talk will give an overview of the first 2 years of the project, with more of a focus on the current year 3 work. I’ll talk about the development of digital solutions for the collection and utilisation of PROMs as part of routine cancer care.
