Description

The aim of this event is to: demonstrate the impact and success of ARCHIE-WeSt showcase current activity that makes use of the facility promote engagement with ARCHIE-WeSt ARCHIE-WeSt is the regional Supercomputing Centre for the west of Scotland, which was established in 2012 by a £1.3M award from the EPSRC. ARCHIE-WeSt has been very successful, by facilitating over 300 publications, over £20M in successful funding applications and has supported over 100 PhD students. The workshop aims to cover as broad a range as possible of the activity facilitated by ARCHIE-WeSt and will provide opportunity for discussion and networking. There will be a poster session with a £100 Amazon voucher prize for the best Postgraduate student poster. Lunch will be provided – please register below to assist us with catering arrangements.
