Description
Academic & Research Writing for Speakers of Other Languages This course is aimed at early career international academic and research staff, and focuses on the development of skills and strategies associated with writing academic research papers. In particular, the course introduces useful strategies to help overcome writers block, information to assist in the writing of effective proposals and critiquing the work of others, and tasks to help participants recognise gaps in the research field and to assist in finding a niche - establishing a research territory.
