Simulation and Immersive Technologies for Digitalisation of Future Automotive Production (Keynote Talk)

"ARENA2036 hosted the third Stuttgart Conference on Automitve Production (SCAP2024) in cooperation with the Institute for Control Engineering of Machine Tools and Manufacturing Units of the University of Stuttgart (ISW). SCAP2024 is a forum for scientists, researchers, and developers to present and discuss advanced technologies in robotics, automation, simulation, and manufacturing innovations for future automotive production.

The conference this year focused on ‘Advances in Automotive Production – Digital Product Development and Manufacturing’, based on the thematic focus of the Digitain research project. Digitain is an international project that aims to develop processes, methods, and models for fully digital product development and certification of electric drive architectures. The project takes into account competitive drives as well as ecological and economic sustainability criteria right from the start. The two-day program included keynotes, parallel tracks with scientific presentations, technology demonstrations, poster sessions, workshops, and more!"
